This deposit covers the work done to press and dry the flowers and is non-refundable once I have received the flowers and have pressed them.
This comes out of the total price of the order.
I understand this is an unplanned and heartbreaking time - so there is no need to be certain of the final piece you would like to be created from the flowers, this can be discussed at a later date as long as the flowers are pressed and preserved, you have a few weeks until the flowers are dried to think about what you would like me to make.
A rough idea can help to ensure we press the correct amount of flowers.
The final invoice will be sent three weeks after flower drop off and is due within four weeks of us sending the invoice to you.
