Old Leaf Designs is a pressed flower studio creating one-of-a-kind heirloom artworks from wedding bouquets and sentimental blooms tied to joyful milestones. Every piece is handcrafted in our Tweed Heads studio with story, precision, and a little bit of magic.

We’re a small team, and we’re growing—carefully, intentionally, and only with the right people.

🌸We’re Currently Hiring:

Studio All-Rounder (Tweed Heads/ Bilambil Heights)

🌿 Casual / 20+ hours per week

🌿 Starting at $28/hour (Paid trial)  —with pay rising as your magic unfolds.

We’re looking for a reliable, steady, detail-loving person to join us in the studio. This is a hands-on role supporting both the creative and admin sides of the business. You’ll be working directly with the founder across flower pressing, studio organisation, packing artworks, sealing frames, light admin, and more.

This isn’t retail. This isn’t a desk job. It’s a bit messy, a bit magical, and very meaningful.

We’ll teach you everything you need to know—you just need to show up, care deeply, work hard and be ready to learn.
